Eric sits down with author and lecturer Webster Tarpley. They discuss the rising protest movements in Saudi Arabia and the other Gulf monarchies as an example of real revolutions emerging from the "Arab Spring". Additionally, Eric and Webster examine the geopolitical significance of recent developments in Syria and, in particular, the role of Turkey in the destabilization. Also, Webster provides a detailed analysis of Mitt Romney's foreign and domestic agendas as well as the ideological framework from which they emerge.

Dear, dear Dr. Tarpley. Always a shining light of lucidity regarding the geopolitical implications of the imperialist war machine run amok.
He’s so good that, being a Ron Paul supporter, I can sit right through his grandiose fixations against Ron Paul without ever frowning.
Personally, I do not understand Dr. Tarpley’s continuing demolition of Dr. Paul, long after the struggle for the Presidential nomination has concluded.
Regardless of whatever one may think about libertarianism, there is no way Willard Romney is apportioning any power or authority to Dr. Paul or any of this associates. In choosing on which circle of Hell these United States is doomed to reside, the damned will always say “its MY circle! get your own!”
And Romney, being nearly as aloof and lazy as Obama, will hand the cluster of principalities known as the cabinet to his cache of maniacal war industries board member buddies.
For them, Dr. Paul is a figure to be ritually desecrated! In such circumstances, it would anyone in the Stop Imperialism movement to link arms in defense of peace.
There is too much to lose, otherwise!
I think you’ll find Tarpley fillets Ron Paul’s Austrian economics quite nicely if you do your homework. Libertarianism is just another personality cult.
Twitter is the Tourettes of the internet. I can’t understand a word of it.
